Returns
- Our return policy allows returns within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging for a return to be accepted.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellation
- Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
- Cancellations after the order has been processed or shipped will not be accepted.
Refund on Cancellation
- If the order is canceled within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- If cancellation is requested after processing, a partial refund may be granted depending on the order status.
